Higher quality of education doesn't mean you will land a nice comfortable skilled job as many industries in Brunei now dwindling down or trying to sell off due to poor market performance and many eateries as well have complained that they don't get many patrons in their establishments as before. The matter of the fact is that there are many new and emerging industries that are not even readily available, supported or established in Brunei.
Just fyi Google, Microsoft and other Tech giants are now investing and building up offices in Malaysia but where are these kind of megaconglomerate businesses set up here? Easy for them to say get higher education, get a well paid job but reality is totally different. It just looks like the trend of being delusional is on the high spectrum while reality shows otherwise to their so called ideal agendas they are promoting on.
Also fyi, how many Bruneians who have studied abroad even come back to Brunei after they see how life is like in those places they are studying in and then migrate to because of lack of opportunities and other areas.

The continuous involvement of Legislative Council (LegCo) members, parents, guardians and the community is essential in supporting the Ministry of Education’s (MoE) vision of ‘Quality Education, Progressive Nation’, said Minister of Education Datin Seri Setia Dr Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd Salleh.
The minister said this during a muzakarah session with LegCo members at the Conference Room of the Belait Sixth Form Centre (PTEB) on Saturday.
She also highlighted the initiatives implemented under the MoE’s Strategic Plan 2023-2027 in support of its mission ‘To Provide Quality and Holistic Education for a Purposeful Life for Learners’.
The annual session for the Department of Councils of State at the Prime Minister’s Office with all ministries and relevant agencies saw 14 LegCo members participate, led by Yang Berhormat Haji Mohd Salleh bin Haji Othman, who also delivered a speech.
The session saw an open discussion to share information, challenges and suggestions that will benefit the MoE in its effort to realise Goal 1 of Brunei Vision 2035: ‘Highly Educated, Skilled and Successful People’ and to further improve the quality of education in this country.
Permanent secretaries, vice chancellors, rector, deputy permanent secretaries, department heads and senior officials at the MoE were also present. – Daniel Lim

I found the information below and here's a summary
Did you know Brunei's Minister of Education is calling for a whole-of-nation approach to boost quality education? It's like a team effort where everyone—parents, guardians, and LegCo members—come together to make education better! Imagine a school where everyone works together like a big family to help students succeed. Fun, right?
