So called “digitalization” at this point the digital system is highly inefficient and outdated if it keeps on happening like this.

Though to me I sense that they are doing this on purpose so that it makes it very difficult for us to cross the border to get our things and instead to stay in BN to buy our things here

Here’s a thought, build an app that handles immigration, EES, customs excise duty payment, with build-in app payment or direct Apple Pay cause I’m so tired taking my card from my wallet.

where is the money people pay for EES going towards? I see zero improvements made to the immigration and customs at the control points.

Hi Govt custom and immigration team, you should just waive that 6 dollar. This would saved time for the people and you won’t make lots of unhappy people.
