When the EES system down, they only open ONE counter for it.
Why not, the form standby di website to make it convenient org awam ngisi awal.

Counter productive. Troublesome. Can’t we just pay $6 and get on with it? Or maybe take a pic of the barcode for them to scan it manually later? I usually (wasting) print it out because a few times the barcode can’t be read while scanning my phone. Can’t i just leave the paper there? Filling forms seems to be the BEST course of action?
Okay may be over reacting but look at that pic. Its hot. Need to physically queue. Need to fill in forms. My eczema will flare for sure.
