You can't have multiple accounts using one login at the moment. Learnt that at the counter yesterday. The new app is not equipped to handle it. E.g. Phone line under my name registered to my number/email, phone line under my wife's name can't use my email/login. Must separate out each service account to different email or phone # logins. Quite the hassle. We only have two lines, a broadband and a mobile line, with them. Imagine those with lots of dependants. Different logins required for each.

So far I have no issue with it, but it's annoying to login with OTP through email
