Go to BPC, very good training there with details. I went there for a site visit before as a student and I would say they have a good company reputation in making sure interns are well 'tasked'. Environment is also friendly. Do note this is what I observed during my site visit.
A friend interned there before and he didn't have any regrets. Good luck!
