Reminds me of Malaysia's wawasan 2020. Even with Tun Dr Mahathir it was very difficult to achieve.But it did make Malaysia into a much better country.Much much better. Some of the goals have been realized but not all. Do we have anyone even close to his calibre? I think not. Very very very faaarr...we couldnt even diversify away from oil and gas after decades.
