Do the elites get taxed in Europe? Do they not have to meet the residency requirement to get taxed there?

Maybe we civilians should stop depending on them and find our own way to bring our country up. Like starting businesses and investing. And before you say they won’t let us and that there’s too many red tapes, do some research and you’ll find plenty of example of how first generation Bruneians are making things happen in the background.
