The Housing Development Department took action against owners of illegal stalls operating at Jalan 17 in the RPN Kampong Lambak Kanan area.
The stalls were built without permission and encroached road junctions and government land, posing safety risks and causing traffic congestion.
Operating any business on national housing scheme (RPN) land is prohibited. Building structures on roads or road reserves without permission is a violation of the Road Traffic Act and can result in a fine of up to BND2,000. The Public Works Department (JKR) has the authority to remove such structures and recover the costs from the owners.
The Housing Development Department urged RPN residents to adhere to regulations and conditions. Stall owners are advised to operate only in designated areas.
To report illegal business activity on RPN land, contact the Housing Development Department through Darussalam Line 123.
To support legitimate stall operators, the Housing Development Department, in collaboration with the JKR, identified a new site for stalls in a nearby area. The site will be managed by relevant authorities and made available to eligible vendors in the near future. – James Kon

Dismantling Bruneian Owned Stalls Yes Must! Strict enforcement and must abid by law.
Namu in Mata2 operating from a house owned by Malaysian is Okay
Kitchen21 owned by Millionaire Son 88 Trading can operate freely from a house and its also ok
If one remember, Hideout in Tungku Link was an open drinking Bar and was only shutdown after the owners were caught using special substances in their own premises
Why cant the authorities go target the foreigner illegal business rather than kacau Bruneian trying to make honest living?

I found the information below and here's a summary
It’s like a mini reality show with the Housing Development Department playing the role of the stern parent, dismantling those cheeky illegal stalls at Kg Lambak Kanan! Who knew local food stalls could stir up such drama? 🍜🚫
