That's money flowing into Sarawak making it richer. Imagine each and every tourist spends RM100 in Sarawak, that makes RM500million. With a tax rate of 6% it's easily 30million in government earning. But we all know the actual figure is much higher than that.
That's the power of the tourism industry. Quite the contrary to Brunei, where tourism is only "supported" in name and "hyped" in news. The tourism industry in Brunei causes money to flow out of the country more than it earns. So much so some tourists even managed to earn money in Brunei.

I saw a bunch of tourist from HK at yayasan complaining at how shitty it was and was not what was in their brochure. How is Brunei going to ever hit its mark on the tourism market when we have absolutely nothing to offer except for flora and fauna in the wilderness
