Back in late 2010s, Miri is not actually a destination I am keen to travel on, because i prefer to travel other destination like Singapore or KL.
But now, going to Miri for me is like once in every two months.
Thats how bad Brunei market is. Miri has everything we need from KL now. Wait until Sportsdirect next.

Good job Brunei govt ensuring Brunei businesses are going to close down for good. You guys need to introduce more ridiculous and enforce outdated rules and regulations. Syabas. Need to flex that little power you guys have to the private sectors!

I wonder what is the progress for allowing Bruneians to skip/waive filling in the MDAC when going to Miri/Sarawak/Malaysia, like what they did with Singapore. 1.3M arrivals means a lot of minutes saved if that check can be waived.

it's good for us as a consumer. but on gov level, I'm pretty they're already talking about this and what to do about it. Should things seem too much, they may resort to radical solutions...
