I was told once upon a time that the recycling sorting bins at airport were fake. At the end of the day, they will empty everything into one large bin and sent to landfill.
So what's the point of recycling bins if all they do is send everything to landfill?

😂😂😂😂 no need recycle bin start with normal trash bin first and a good habit of throwing in the bin instead of the street or doing a drive by throwing bags of rubbish on the side of the road

With climate change being such a hot topic in recent years, I would like to appeal to the authorities to place more recycling bins in popular spots to promote environmental awareness. At present, there are only a few places where these bins can be found, including Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas. In order to get more people on board with recycling, these bins are easily available, such as residential zones and shopping malls.
We have reached a point where we can’t ignore the need for sustainable waste management. Even during the recent Legislative Council meeting, the plan to build a plant to turn waste into energy was brought up.
Perhaps having more recycling bins in public areas could serve as the first step to encouraging more people to get on the sustainability bandwagon.
