Hiyashi Chuka Udon /冷やし中華風うどん (Miyagi pref. - 宮城)

Hiyashi Chuka Udon is Japanese cold Udon serve with Freshly cut Japanese Cucumber, Lettuce, Pickled Ginger, Kamaboko and Chopped Egg. It is a refreshing and delicious Udon noodle salad to eat during the summer in Japan (In Brunei, can eat everyday!)

Choose from two types of sauce: venegar soy sauce or sesame vinegar! Pour over the udon and enjoy😋

夏の風物詩とされるうちのらひとつとなる冷やし中華🎐 麺の冷たい喉越しとタレの程よい酸味が特徴的な冷やし中華は、日本が発祥料理です。 近年では『冷たい麺料理』のバリエーションが増えているようです。なかでも隣県の山形県の『冷やしラーメン』や『ざる中華』なども有名。 宮城県仙台市にある中国料理店『龍亭』が、冷やし中華の元祖と言われています。
