Its just to say that they advert the job and then say no local applied or no talented local applied so that they can apply for foreigners

I just knew about this vacancy this morning. The dateline was 5:30pm today, but when I tried to apply, there was an error when I was filling in the form. Kept happening multiple times. Really disappointed.
