My unpopular opinion is to replace those that is in the gomen who are lazy and inefficient with new fresh and energetic unemployed youth. killing 2 birds with 1 stone. the gomen will be more effective and FAST thus will make the economy better. more FDIs will come in to provide jobs. even private sectors and businesses will flourish and employ more.
Those who are being replaced will learn their lessons and will be absorb by the private sectors and they will have to be not lazy anymore.
This will create a new mindset of being productive. the national will change for better. let me steal their catchphrase "nation wide approach". they always said nation wide approach and it must start with them. it is no secret for the past 30 years gomen nurture unproductiveness and laziness in their work culture and as a result, everyone is suffering especially the economy

I found the information below and here's a summary
Brunei's youth are facing a job market filled with unfulfilled promises, but some believe replacing lazy government workers with energetic youth could boost productivity and the economy! It's like a real-life game of musical chairs, where everyone hopes to find the best seat in the job market!
