Not a comparison I’d make. It’s more to do with the SGD. Hardly anybody would think of exchanging BND outside Spore or Malaysia

Try changing Brunei dollar to other currencies while you are overseas. Even some Singapore shops dont accept it. I would gladly holds SGD/MY and confident that it will be accepted easily at money changer

The value is just a number. What is important is how much each person in that country is earning that amount of money and whether the amount they earn is enough to live a comfortable lifestyle with all their needs - food, shelter, transportation, education, healthcare, recreation, religion, etc. being met.
