While 230 OKU are currently registered as trainees at Pusat Bahagia, with 61 finding employment, the ministry acknowledges the need for further discussions with relevant stakeholders to address limited job opportunities. The Manpower Planning and Employment Council (MPEC) is actively promoting inclusive employment by advertising vacant positions specifically for OKU and collaborating with the private sector.
