Can anyone share their experience of quitting uni (utb/ubd) and did you have to pay back the allowance in full?

Yes, u have to pay the allowances back including the book allowance (if im not mistaken)

If you quit you have to pay back in full but if you fail you don’t have to if I’m not mistaken
