***Women Graduates Association of Brunei Darussalam*** The Women Graduates Association of Brunei Darussalam (PSW) in collaboration with the surau takmir committee organised a tazkirah session at the Brunei International Airport Surau on Wednesday. The event’s objective was to share the importance of knowledge, faith, and charity on the journey to self-healing. It also aimed to engage members in charitable practices to aid Muslims in need, especially in Gaza, and raise awareness on the important role of Muslimah in spreading peace and ensuring the well-being of the society. Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan’s (KUPU SB) Centre for Research and Understanding of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jama’ah Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Yusuf bin Khalid delivered a talk on ‘Healing Melalui ilmu, Iman Dan Amal’. The event was part of the PSW’s ‘Santunan Kasih’ programme during the holy month of Ramadhan. Meanwhile, PSW President Hajah Hassanah binti Haji Hassan and advisor Pengiran Hajah Zabaidah binti Pengiran Haji Kamaludin presented donations to 111 orphans and underprivileged families around Kampong Panchor Mengkubau, Mukim Mentiri. PSW members were also given the opportunity to make contributions to the Palestinians in Gaza. Acting Brunei-Muara District Officer Pengiran Muhammad Ameer Mubarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim received the donations on behalf of the fund. The handover was led by CCC President Lim Han Chiong, who handed over a BND1,000 donation from CCC and a personal contribution of BND3,000. Meanwhile vice presidents Goh Koh Leong and Lee Eng Ching each donated BND1,000, while vice presidents Lim Tiong Han @ Lim Peh Beng, Lim Ting Chai, Lim Mah Lik @ Lim Peng Kok, Lo Wan Yee and Lim Sooi Tiong each donated BND500 and vice president Lim Ting Guan and secretary general Tan Wee Tong each donated BND300.
