Tori Negi Udon/鶏ネギうどん

Do you have favorite home cooked dishes or taste of mother’s home cooking which called Ofukuro-no-Aji(Ofukuro means mother). Is it Brunei cuisine?Malay cuisine? Chinese cuisine? Indonesia cuisine? or Japanese cuisine?

I have a lot of my favorite home cooked dishes and one of my favorite mother’s home cooked dish is Udon. I always have and ask to mother to cook it when I was small. Tori Negi Udon is one of the comfort food for Japanese something like mother’s cooking. Usually it is really good to eat if you are ‘under the weather’.
