Not possible, you will have to squish lots of modules to finish it in three years. Its a four year course for a reason

I believe as long as you've already achieve all the required MCs - with all the appropriate outside breadths, enough level 1000s, enough level 4000s, etc. - you can graduate. I think some have graduated in 3.5 years (3 years I personally never heard of)
I totally understand wanting to graduate early but at the same time do be cautious of taking too many modules to a point where it can compromise your health - physically and mentally - and overall cGPA.
