From my experience, conditions like low red blood cells or even potential issues like diabetes or high blood pressure dont necessarily affect the application unless they severely impact job performance. I’ve had low blood levels before, but the doctor said i was fit for work. A friend of mine who’s obese with potential risks like diabetes and high BP was also deemed fit for work but was advised to manage her diet and do regular checkups. It seems the focus is more on whether the condition is manageable.
