i stopped using Brunei Post decades ago. they love loosing packages.
sometimes it will arrive at the final destination months and months later, as late as 10 months!
pay some premium, use the likes of DHL, FEDEX etc. they even will come to your doorstep to collect your parcel to be sent

Hi im in SG, my mom sends me stuffs in boxes (less than 5kg) usually through EMS speedpost from KB post office! Theres a tracking number and it usually arrives to my doorstep in less than a week!
It is also quite affordable (>$30) and i think $8 for a small parcel
