Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei made a state visit to Bangladesh. He met with President Mohammad Abdul Hamid and attended a state banquet hosted in his honor. The Sultan also received a courtesy call from Foreign Minister Dr AK Abdul Momen and visited the National Martyrs’ Memorial in Savar.
