You can ask older members of your family to teach you, if they dont know, then they will know someone who will. In Brunei, everybody knows everybody. No shame in asking them, and you get a free meal out of it.

Companies rarely offer such things. You'd have more luck trying to find some OGs who are willing to teach a class or two. This way you'd be helping the community too instead of further padding the pockets of some company exec.
