Well done to all involved in this venture.
However, they need to know that farming is a venture that normally only provide a small reward every year and thus it's not well protected against disasters. Examples include drought, disease, vegetable price crash due to a deluge of cheap imports, and most recently, pandemics causing drop in demand and difficulty in getting farming supplies.
With the article mentioning the farm is not using piped water, it's already a warning that if there's a long drought, and there had been some in the past, the farm will suffer. The farm needs to increase its storage of water. The other problems may be less likely, including another pandemic.
