Wagyu Skewer Experiment 🍢
Taking inspiration from the infamous Wagyu Skewer booth located at the main entrance of Lot 10 Bukit Bintang, we had the opportunity to re-create our version of Wagyu Skewers and boyyy was it DA BOMB! 🤤
We decided to use an MB8-9 Wagyu Rib Cap as a cut experiment to emulate the juicyness and tenderness of a Japanese Wagyu and we’re glad we chose this specific cut. Skewers came out super fatty & juicyyy and as usual, mandatory for us to grill a steak as well - in this case an MB6-7 Wagyu Ribeye 🥩
