With the theme of ‘Mental Health and Well-being at the workplace’ being the main focus of the event, the event consisted of two moderated forums which focused on ‘Taking the lead in Mental Health discussions in the workplace’ and ‘Emotional Distress at the Workplace’. This event was attended by 150 participants.

For the first forum on ‘Taking the lead in Mental Health discussions in the workplace’, the panelists invited were Todd McPherson, Psychologist and Managing Director of Clarity Sdn Bhd and Hajah Erana binti Haji Abas, Head of HR Policy, Remuneration and Systems, Brunei Shell Petroleum. The forum was moderated by Siti Noraspadiyah binti Haji Mohammad Sah, Young Professionals Network Brunei.

The second forum on ‘Emotional Distress in the Workplace’, which was moderated by Shaun Hoon, Founder of Curious Mind had invited panelists, Hajah Norajleen Uminatul Hafizah binti Haji Almas, Founder of Cureheart and Counsellor of Clarity, DSP Hajah Anis @ Roszaffina binti Haji Ahmad/Mohd, Royal Brunei Police Force as well as Dean Walters, Counsellor of Clarity Sdn Bhd.
