As Brunei Darussalam celebrates 40 years of independence, it’s time to reflect on our legacy.
In collaboration with @printplus.bn, Scoop Media will be part of a team putting together a commemorative book to celebrate the people who have played a pivotal role in shaping our nation since 1984.
And most importantly, we’re seeking your input.
We’re calling on our readers to nominate individuals who have contributed to Brunei’s growth, development and progress since independence.
They can be from any walk of life -- from politics, business, sports, the arts, and sciences, the list is endless.
It could be someone we all know, or someone you feel deserves more recognition. We’re looking for individuals who inspire, innovate, and make us proud.
The shortlist of nominees will be featured in the book “Faces of the Nation” — a reflection of Brunei’s rich history and a celebration of the spirit of our nation — which will be published later this year by Print Plus.
