You’re definitely not! Did the right thing. I was traumatised too at one point when I removed someone’s clothes out after waiting for way too long! Couple refused to accept my explanation when I pointed the laundry etiquette board to them and cursed my whole ancestry 😭 but I knew I did nothing wrong. They are the entitled assholes. Not you. Whatever they cursed at you is basically cursing back at themselves!

lucky that her laundry taken out for her once wash is finished. In other countries, if ur unlucky, ur laundry will be stopped and taken out of the washer (not finished yet) because the others were occupied and only yours left unattended. Not even 5min into the washing cycle!

Funny how taking out laundry is kurang ajar and cursing isn’t 🤷🏽‍♀️ Would love to know what is their definition of kurang ajar.

Call police on the spot put it on loud speaker tell them there is someone who cause a niusance on the premises. I can 100% tell you they will walk away. If not they wait for the police to arrive and you show police the sign board they will quietly walk away and you try to ask police if i were to ask my lawyer about harrassment how long can they be jailed if guilty i have recorded sound and this premises have CCTV as well? They will apologies straight away.
