Goodluck sahabat.

Did you reject the contract offers and lower offers? What ever the offer is, consider that already one foot into the door..if you want to work overseas, dont expect to be given a dream offer

I will try to be as unbiased as possible and also to give a perspective that hopefully you can accept:
Right now, it is best to accept what you have been offered, as many has already suggested that you have one foot through the door already. Especially even when they are offering less than your expectation. It’s better than nothing.
In this era, you can’t expect to get anywhere without proving you are worth it. So prove it with hard and smart work. Network and be proactive. Personally, it took me 15 years but that’s only because I only start caring about my stagnation 5 years ago.
Things will only change and look up when you do something about it. Keep talking about it and talk your way into it. Right now its not about what is on your CV (or resume) but what You can prove to them. Take lifelong courses, either long or short ones and get yourself certified. Only then people will start looking at you.
I do hope you get what you want. There is no easy way, I get it. Especially when politics are involved to get what you want. Even if you don’t want to get involved with the politics, work around it or make it work with you. Good luck.

Tough luck in getting accepted in Singapore if you’re more than 30 years old with no degree regardless of your number of years of working experience.
Malaysia probably somewhat similar too unless your qualification is rather niche.
I too don’t have a degree but even with my 10+ years of working experience in the same field, I still earn less than expected and also lower than my coworkers of similar job position. What to do, still gotta put food on my plate and for my parent too.

Perhaps see if you’re able to get some training in in-demand jobs, example below

It's like searching for treasure—only to find that sometimes the map is missing key details. But hey, networking and proving your worth might just be the secret sauce to success!
