Can i have the source of this survey? How much was the sample? Whats the standard deviation? Whats the mean,mode and median? Whats the targeted sample of people?

My lawyer suggested strata title then my Architect told me till date theres like NONE approved starta title given yet... i heard my friend bought 118 then few years already. Still belum get the strata title... the heck
