The Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam (MPABD) has announced the transportation of Barramundi fish in fibreglass tanks on barge from a broodstock development centre to Tanjung Pelumpong sea nursery site. Mariners are advised to keep clear of aquaculture cages in Tanjung Pelumpong and navigate with caution due to the ongoing operation until January 15th. Failure to comply may result in fines or imprisonment. Barramundi Group (B) Sdn Bhd will be monitoring the operation, while RAYBASE Sdn Bhd's temporary anchorage area in Muara port has been extended until March 31st.
