Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Othman, born on 23 September 1942, is a Bruneian aristocrat, politician, and diplomat. He is the incumbent Minister of Religious Affairs in Brunei since 2015 and was formerly Minister of Home Affairs from 2010 to 2015. He is known for being a proponent of the Melayu Islam Beraja philosophy, along with Pehin Abdul Aziz bin Umar.
