This achievement brings the total number of Bruneian Ironman finishers to 27 since 2002. Nur Sabiqah Haji Rosli also completed the Ironman 70.3 (half-distance) race on the same day. Their success is hoped to inspire more Bruneians to participate in multi-sport events.
