BOUJEE CHEESE FOR A BOUJEE BURGER?
A fun take on our Boujee Wagyu Burger where we experimented different cheese (which fits the theme) - Blue Cheese and Mature Cheddar with Black Summer Truffle.
It’s amazing how a minor component can drastically change and elevate the whole flavour profile of a dish. The Blue cheese gave a creamy texture with hints of sweetness aftertaste somehow? While some might dislike the pungent taste of Blue Cheese, it definitely compliments the Wagyu Burger.
Mature Cheddar with Black Truffle, on the other hand, is a GAME CHANGER and our personal favourite. Sharp cheese with earthy and nutty body from the shaved Black Truffles creates a perfect harmony along with our Wagyu patty, caramelised onions and sauteed mushrooms. Definitely the epitome of a Boujee Burger in our book 🥵
