The Licensing and Enforcement unit of the district office issued the penalties. Failure to settle the fines within seven days or clean the affected areas will lead to further action, including heavier fines and potential imprisonment.  The operation was conducted jointly by multiple government agencies targeting commercial areas in Temburong.
