You can either walk-in to Brunei immigration to get the info you want or call 123. Most likely you just need to inform the immigration that you acquired citizenship elsewhere and they may change your status from locally pr to foreign pr (correct me if im wrong) depending on the current process now that is -- so I may be wrong.

Unintended implications is you now have 0% chance of getting yellow ic.
You can also keep quiet about it. Use both ici and new passport at the same time but don't let Brunei immigration dept know abt this. But you need to play it well to avoid getting detected.
