Three students from the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) departed for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on August 8th to participate in the ASEAN-ROK TVET Mobility Program's Construction Engineering Technology program. The students, Mizzati Salwany binti Sarwadi, Siti Nurul Shahwani binti Latif, and Nurul Mashittah Hana binti Rozain, will undergo two months of institution-based training followed by a month of on-the-job training at a construction company in Ho Chi Minh City.
