Actually right, i hve a suggestions for the labour dept, whenever you spot check all these big companies such as sdn bhd, pte ltd right, ask for ic to be shown first instead of asking the staffs general questions cause they might already be manipulated by the higher ranking to answer questions in a certain ways. To also check if employer was transparent and adheres to local work hours, labour laws etc to their local employers….i am personally aware if not most/ some of this sdn bhd owned by foreigners but local directors tends to hire foreigners as high ranking staffs to manage local employee when they obviously hv absolutely no skill to manage and communicate with the local workforce. To make matters even worse, they have half half ratio of locals to foreigners employee on the same positions.*facepalm
