His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah has approved the appointment of Dr. Hajah Rafidah binti Haji Gharif as Deputy Permanent Secretary (Professional) at the Ministry of Health in Brunei. Dr. Rafidah, previously the Acting Director of Health Services, will assume her new role effective November 8th, 2023.
