The Majlis Perundingan Kampung and Jawatankuasa Keselamatan dan Kemajuan Kampung of RPN Kampung Mentiri Kawasan II hosted a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony on July 19th to celebrate His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah's 77th birthday.
