The Ministry of Education in Brunei has announced the opening of applications for the Higher Education Centralised Admission System (HECAS) 2023 and the Education Loan Assistance Scheme (SBPP). HECAS allows students to apply for admission to local higher education institutions like UBD, UNISSA, UTB and Politeknik Brunei. The SBPP provides financial assistance to eligible students pursuing tertiary education. Both application periods run from January 16th to March 2nd.
