Honestly, an Istana Budaya like building would be nice... a stage made for theater and the performing arts. I can see that happening for dewan rtb since ia andang ada the old concert hall, tinggal invest on renovations and providing the proper facility. I don't see that happening anytime soon but nya orang "dreaming is free".

Old RTB building can be repurposed to an arts theatre since there’s already a performing stage built in it albeit being a small one. But would be nice for those in the performing arts industry to be able to rent it and organize their own small festival from time to time since JIS usually host big productions.

open it up as a gel gun battle arena or something like that. would be cool.

lack of entertainment arah that area. so maybe modern shopping mall, full of entertainment like cinema. shop inside should be different from what already have in yayasan. h&m, uniqlo etc, i think will attract alot of shoppers and can become hotspot. hope bandar will be more lively.
