Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof and Commander of the RBAF Major General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat led the ceremony, which aimed to foster a love for the Quran among personnel and promote Brunei's aspiration to be a Zikir nation.
