I have been working in a private company for the past three years, but despite holding a degree, my salary does not reflect my qualifications.
I often find myself searching for better opportunities and regularly check the recruitment website for vacancies that match my background.
Unfortunately, my search is usually met with disappointment. I often find that I don’t meet specific requirements, or when I do, I’m left waiting for months – even up to a year – only to receive a rejection. Occasionally, I receive a prompt reply, but even those responses often lead to unfavourable outcomes.
The recent call from our monarch addressing employment challenges has given me hope. I still wonder: is there a way to streamline this process? Speaking on behalf of job seekers like myself, we don’t want to believe that some positions are advertised simply as a formality while being unofficially allocated to someone else.
It would mean a lot to us if these processes could be expedited and made more transparent, so we feel we have a fair chance at these opportunities.
Hopeful

Right! Speaking of “advertising it for formality”: Ani lagi ada upcoming job fair by previously known as JCB. That’s just a waste of time cos we know good positions under GLCs or yg di bawah government’s purview mesti ada approval lagi tu and they can’t just simply advertise it immediately cematu saja. It reflects the yearly budget planning lagi. Apatah lg kn di advertise arah job fair.. dui maa…

I found the information below and here's a summary
It’s like a treasure hunt for jobs! Everyone's digging through the rubble of rejections, hoping to strike gold, while some claim the whole process feels rigged. The drama unfolds like a reality show, where transparency is the elusive prize everyone wants to win!
