The Ministry of Education in Brunei has announced the opening of online applications for the Higher Education Centralised Admission System (HECAS) for the 2024/2025 academic year. Applications are open to Bruneian citizens holding valid identity cards and seeking admission to local higher education institutions like UBD, UNISSA, UTB, and PB, as well as the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship. Applicants can use predicted results for initial applications and will receive conditional offers upon meeting institution requirements. The deadline for applications is February 29th at 3pm.
