Sorry to burst your bubbles OP, but human has various personalities and attitude. And not everyone is what you expected. Some will get the job done in robotic way (take order and left no smile) and some are playful, cheerful, full energy type of people. Most cases people tries to make their workplace ‘lively’ and siuk bekeraja nya orang. This guy is just receiving peanuts and just try to make his work fun? So in my pov, this guy is just being overly friendly and playful. I do not spot any creepiness nor sexual harassment. Definition of creepy would be ‘sorang saja kah, kemana ni lapas ani lawa2 etc’. Do not simply judge people just because they did not meet your expectation. You are one of those people that causes people to stop being kind or show kindness just because you are overly sensitive and do not like their friendliness. Are you the assh*le, yes you are.

I had an encounter with one. I was so creeped out cuz he kept calling me "cantik", then asked me if I was single/ married. While waiting for the fuel to fill up my car, he started to serenade a song in Malay to me n I was so confused on what to do. He didn't do anything else but i stopped going to that branch after that.

There are many friendly gas station attendants out there and all of them had a long standing day smelling the fuel in the heat, if they were to strike up a conversation, I would always make time for them even if it was just 5 minutes to get them out of that tiring repetitive boredom. Just an innocent conversation and then I go my way. During Ramadhan or Raya, I will give them a bit extra and greet them. The way you described this poor old man is as if he was about to eat you alive and leave no bones. Try to broaden your perspective and watch less woke videos.
