After a prolonged period of online learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, religious and Arabic schools across Brunei are resuming face-to-face classes. Students aged five to eleven will return to classrooms with various programs designed to familiarize them with school routines, classmates, teachers, and safety protocols. The Education Affairs Working Committee has established guidelines and SOPs, including mandatory antigen rapid tests (ART) for students conducted at home, body temperature checks, and isolation rooms for symptomatic individuals. Religious schools will incorporate Islamic practices into their reopening activities, while Arabic schools have planned a 'Back To School' program with Quran recitation and motivational sessions.
