Alter Ego Ramadhan Semi Buffet! It reminds me of Sizzlers from Australia, where you get access to salad, pasta, snacks, drinks and desserts if you order their steaks or main courses! This is Alter Ego’s semi buffet Ramadhan dinner from 6pm to 8:30pm.

For their semi buffet, you get their in house cured salmon, hummus platter, pickled vegetables and fresh salads to pair with their in house made gourmet dressing. For hot snacks, we get wedges and quesadillas, baked cheesy pasta, beef pot pie, fried chicken French toast enjoyed with lemon aioli, and gourmet seafood chowder! For desserts, there’s an assortment of premium desserts from Alter Ego’s dessert bar and even green bean porridge!

The main courses they start from $29.90, we had the chicken farrago which my friends were raving about, the fun and luxurious middle eastern sharing platter with lamb kofta, spiced sliced chicken and fried crispy hake fillet! Be sure to also check out their Hamachi Collar, Pan seared Hake, Mandarin Beef Ribs, Wagyu burger, the new Lamb Kabsa Duo and my favourite truffle butter Sirloin steak which was amazing! All these dishes gives you access to the buffet spread I mentioned above.

A great tip is to order their middle eastern platter for $57.90 which is shared by two persons. The best part is you both get access to the buffet and each only paid $28.95!

If you got kids, they can order from the Ramadhan kids menu ranging from 7 dollars onwards and if they are below the age of 12, they get access to the salad bar as well! Choose from fried chicken or prawns with panko, spaghetti with tomato sauce or beef sliders!

Overall, the quality of the dishes were top notch and if you want quality main courses with a buffet spread, then this is the sungkai for you. Perfect especially for a romantic evening.
