Congregants of Kampong Sungai Besar Mosque in Brunei gathered for a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony yesterday, following Subuh prayers. The event was attended by Lieutenant Colonel (Rtd) Haji Zaini bin Haji Damit, the Village Head of Kampong Sungai Besar, Kampong Serdang and Sungai Belukut.
